The Doctor is In!

On a road trip due west with Mayce recently (to drop off our dogs with her Mom so we could head to the Texas coast), we stopped to get gas in Dublin, TX. I thought it was just an ordinary town until I learned that there is a Dr. Pepper bottling plant there (amazing!). It is the only Dr. Pepper bottling plant that uses real pure cane sugar in their pop (and yes, Texas readers - I did say POP). It's a little building and reminds me of a preserved old plant, but it is still operational! Mayce bought a six pack of the pure cane sugar Dr. Pepper for us (the pop comes in little 8oz glass bottles!!). I couldn't tell the difference in taste, but I guess there are people from around that town that will only drink the Dublin Dr. Pepper. Ha!
