First of all, it was sad to see that a bunch of units in the mall have become vacant and some other ones are having "going out of business" sales. But that didn't bother me as much as the following:
1. Since when did the rule of "stay to your right" go away?? The majority of the people at the mall DROVE there and they certainly got the concept on the road with their car....but it just left their brain when they walked in the mall doors!

2. Why are all malls getting very 'gansta'? Half the stores sell slutty or gangster attire and it's annoying.
3. Please make Dippin' Dots go away. They are gross and I'm not entirely sure how they stay in business, because it's a creepy concept. I tried them once at Cedar Point in Ohio and was very disappointed - not sure what the allure is supposed to be.......Anyone??

4. Upon leaving the mall in my car.....oh man, don't get me started.....OK, when there is a line of cars in the access road that makes a loop around the perimeter of the mall, and then there are cars that come to the ends of the 'rows' and want to enter onto that 'loop' road, there are certain unwritten rules a good driver should follow. I like to think I'm a fairly courtious driver, and when I'm on the 'loop' road with the right of way and it's slow or stopped traffic, I will let a person from one of the 'rows' turn onto the 'loop' in front of me so they aren't stranded there waiting all night.
Here's my issue: When I'm being a nice driver and letting a car in (when I clearly didn't HAVE to if I didn't want to)...isnt' it common decency for that person to give me a little wave to say 'thanks for letting me in - I appreciate it'???? When I left the mall today, I let two different 'row' drivers in from two different rows and neither gave me a wave! They just plowed into the gap that I had left for them and then went on their merry little way. HOW RUDE!! If someone does you a favor, the least you could do is raise your hand to say thanks. UGH.

PS - How would you like to be in THIS traffic jam?!?!

NO ONE knows how to walk in the mall. I cannot handle this. Also, they walk so slowly it makes me insane. Terrible (Charles Barkley).
Waving is such a small thing to do to be polite and it is so rarely done. Sigh.
I love the Terrible remark. I've incorporated that into my daily life...oh, that makes me laugh!!!
I'm with you on the mall thing. I can only handle it for so long and then I have to leave. I was in the MOA one day and someone was smoking as they were walking through the mall. I was shocked! THen, I went to the third floor and there was a half naked boy (ok, maybe young 20 year old man(?)) selling clothing at Abercrombie. I don't get it sometimes. Terrible. Abby
Speaking of Gangsta Mall, the Macy's at Brookdale is closing. I would try to go see if there are any deals to be had, but I don't want to get shot at (and they have had nearby shootings again recently).
