Well, I will hear tomorrow if I get my new house when I move to Texas! The picture above is the house in question and I LOVE IT. It's a short-sale, so if I get it, it will be a smokin' deal. Only $100K!! I'm putting a link on this post so you can check it out if you are interested. I am crossing my fingers and toes that I get the house. If not, then it wasn't meant to be and God has a better one out there for me. My real estate agent says that I should hear one way or another by TUESDAY - I can't wait!!

It's inexpensive because it's almost in foreclosure and the owner/bank want to get rid of it before it falls into foreclosure. I guess I'm benefiting off the misfortune of others.....

Just tried to access the link to look at the house more and it told me that the listing was no longer on the market. Sounds like good news to me!
